1:30pm-3:30pm: Stronger and Stranger Things with James and Rachel P- Strong asana-based balances combined with unique movement. Check pre-reqs.

Tempos offers a 9 month intensive training program to committed adult students.
Our program runs from approximately mid September till end of June each year. As a part of our training company you are given the opportunity to train partner acrobatics, dance theater, handstands, acrobatic dance lifts, hand to hand, as well as basic tumbling and clowning.
At the end of the season, Tempos Training Company puts on their own full length show. From choreography to stage presence, members experience all the hard work and joy that comes from being a performer!
